Shipping + Returns

Production Time:

Ora and Magnolia’s candles are hand-poured and cured when an order is placed. Please allow 5 business days for processing.

Shipping:

Items will be shipped by USPS. If you experience delayed deliveries, misplaced or stolen packages, Ora and Magnolia are not responsible for any issues once your items are with the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier. Please note that we do not provide refunds for issues that occurred with the shipping carrier.

Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges:

Ora and Magnolia does not allow returns or exchanges, but please let the store know if there is anything wrong with your order.

Damaged Candles:

We prepare and package our candles to reduce of the risk of the glass containers breaking during the shipping process. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email the store with a picture of the damage items, and we will ship out a replacement free of charge.
